Congratulations to Kaufman High School!
Kaufman High wins the overall title with a team weight of almost 40lbs and Trevor Thompson and Shelton Vasquez claim the individual champion title with over 19lbs! Thomson and Vasquez went home with $2,000 in scholarship money along with a handsome trophy for their school and themselves. Kaufman head fishing coach Steve Holland (left) and boat captain Tommy Climer (right) helped to mentor these young men to a flawless fishing day and a victory they won't forget!
